JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the parties.

(2.) The petitioner moved this Court earlier in WPC No. 5052 of 2009 and a Bench of this Court by order dated 13/11/2009, contained in Annexure5, directed the petitioner to file objection to the provisional assessment within one week and it was made clear that the objection, filed by the petitioner, may be finalized by the respondents within next three weeks and for restoration of electrical connection, certain conditions were put by this Court.

(3.) It is stated that pursuant to the direction of this Court, the petitioner filed a detail objection and also filed a separate application, contained in Annexure6, wherein he prayed that as per Section 126 of the Electricity Act, he may be allowed to crossexamine the witnesses of the Board.
