JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the parties and with their consent this writ petition is being disposed of at this stage itself.

(2.) The petitioner, who is the widow of Jagdeo Singh Babu, who was employed as an Assistant Teacher in a Government Middle School, Pundidiri, Tamar Block in the District of Ranchi and who died in harness in the year 1985, has prayed for direction to the respondents to pay her the family pension in the revised scale of pay and also for providing appointment to her son on compassionate ground.

(3.) Her grievance is that neither the family pension has been revised nor her son has been given appointment on compassionate ground in spite of her representation made in this regard.
