JUDGEMENT

(2.) This writ petition has been filed against the order dated 5.2.2010, passed in Title Suit No. 13 of 1990, by learned Sub Judge-I, Garhwa.

(3.) It is submitted that by the said order, learned court below has directed the plaintiffs-respondents to furnish the account of the Partnership Firm, whereas the same prayer was rejected on earlier three occasions and moreover the said order is contrary to the judgement dated 14.8.2006 and preliminary decree dated 28.8.2006.
