JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been filed claiming appointment on compassionate ground.

(2.) It is submitted by Mr. Awanish Ranjan Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the said claim has been wrongly rejected.

(3.) It appears that the Postal department has rejected the petitioner's claim on the following grounds:-
