JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the parties.

(2.) The prayer of the petitioner in this writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to confirm his services on the post of Typist cum Computer Operator in the Department of District Rural Development Authority, Koderma under the Rural Development Department, Government of Jharkhand on the ground that in the year 1997, like the petitioner, seven other persons were appointed on the post of Typist cum Computer Operator in seven other Districts of the unified State of Bihar on a fixed emoluments and all the eight persons including petitioner, were continuing as such even after bifurcation of the State and creation of the State of Jharkahd.

The petitioner alleges that so far seven other Typist cum Computer Operators, who were appointed exactly similar to the petitioner in other seven Districts, have now been absorbed on their post of Typist cum Computer Operator in the year 2008 itself. But so far the petitioner is concerned, though his case stands on similar footings but even then, he has not been regularised/ absorbed to the post of Typist cum Computer Operator on the ground that new Rule for appointment has come into force w.e.f. 01.11.2009.
