JUDGEMENT

(1.) Anticipatory bail application filed by petitioner, Ram Kumar Jaiswal in connection with Chirkunda (Maithon) P.S. Case No. 99 of 2010 corresponding to G.R. No. 1464 of 2010 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad is moved by Sri R.S. Mazumdar, learned Sr. Advocate and opposed by Sri V.S. Jha, learned Additional P.P.

(2.) From perusal of seizure list it appears that cash-memo supplied by petitioner's driver have no C.S.T. and S.T No. which casts suspicion on the genuineness of cash-memo. Considering the same, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on bail. Hence prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner above named rejected.
