KARTIK MAHATO Vs. STATE OF JHARKHAND

Decided On April 21, 2010
KARTIK MAHATO Appellant
V/S
STATE OF JHARKHAND Respondents

JUDGEMENT

(1.) When this case is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though in compliance of the order of this Court the representation of the petitioner has been disposed of, the same is perfunctory and not correct. The order of this Court has not been respected by the concerned opposite party.

(2.) A show cause reply has been filed on behalf of Opposite Party No.2, stating therein, that the opposite parties have complied with the order of this Court and have disposed of the petitioner's representation on the basis of the enquiry made on the complaint of the petitioner. Xerox copy of the enquiry report has been annexed as AnnexureA/B to the show cause reply.

(3.) Having heard learned counsel for the parties, I perused the show cause reply. In the show cause reply, it has been stated that in compliance of the order of this Court, the enquiry was made and on the basis of the enquiry report, petitioner's representation was disposed of, rejecting his claim. The said order has been also brought on record. Opposite parties have also tendered unqualified apology for the inconvenience and the delay in disposing of the petitioner's representation.
