MD MINHAJ @ LALLU Vs. STATE OF JHARKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Informant.

(2.) This is an application for grant of regular bail to the petitioner for the offence under Sections 341/323/493/376/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) On the direction of the Court, prosecutrix Roome Parween alongwith her mother Parween Khatun is present in the Court. The victim(Roome Parween) admits that she had undertaken Nikah with the petitioner Md. Minhaj @ Lallu and she is ready to live with him. Her mother is also agree with her. Petitioner's father Md. Safiullah is also present in the Court and he admits that after the release of his son he will take his daughterinlaw to his house within one week. In that view of the matter, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on provisional bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/( Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Kotwali(H) P. S. Case No. 244 of 2010 corresponding to G. R. Case No. 1536 of 2010 with a direction that after the release he will bring the informant to his house within two weeks and file an application in this Court to that effect. On the next date, the petitioner shall appear in the Court along with his wife and on being satisfied, his bail may be confirmed by this Court. Put up this case on 28th of January, 2011.
