JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the parties.

(2.) In view of the nature of grievance made by the petitioner, this writ petition is being disposed of at this stage itself.

(3.) There is no dispute of the fact that the petitioner was initially appointed as Angan Bari Sevika and was thereafter issued appointment letter as contained in Annexure-1. Her grievance is that without canceling her appointment and without issuing any prior notice, the respondent no. 6 Bibi Minhaz Khatoon, has been appointed as Angan Bari Sevika in her place illegally.
