JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been filed against the order dated 28.7.2007 passed in Title Appeal No. 83 of 2004 by the Additional Judicial Commissioner, Ranchi.

(2.) Mr. M. K. Laik, learned senior counsel for the petitioner submitted that the learned lower appellate court should have allowed the petitioner to challenge the issues decided against him by the trial court.

(3.) Mr. Sumeet Gadodia, learned counsel for the respondents supported the impugned order.
