(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. We do not find that any specific grievance has been raised in the petition nor the petitioner is anyway connected with the issues involved.

(2.) We do not think that the Public Interest Litigation can be entertained in the circumstances. There is no force in the appeal, hence dismissed.
