JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD the parties.

(2.) IN view of the nature of claim and dispute, this writ petition is being disposed of at this stage itself.

(3.) AS it appears from Annexure -5 dated 11/10/2008 that the original medical bills submitted by the petitioner were misplaced and are not available with the office of the respondents and, therefore, the petitioner was requested to submit the photocopies of the said medical bills so that the process for reimbursement can be made.
