JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the counsel for the parties in the limitation matter.

(2.) In the facts and circumstances of the case, the application is allowed and delay in filing the appeal is condoned. The I.A stands disposed of.

(3.) This appeal has been filed by the appellant-Insurance Company challenging the quantum of compensation awarded by the Tribunal. On the other hand, the claimants-respondents have filed the Cross Objection for enhancement of compensation awarded by the Tribunal. Since, both the appeal and the Cross Objection are linked and inter-connected they have been heard together and are disposed of by this common order.
