JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the parties and with their consent this writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.

(2.) The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to pay him the arrears of salary with interest as well as fixation of pension in the revised pay scale. According to him, he retired from service on 30th November 2003 but till date his grievance has not been redressed.

(3.) A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Accountant General wherein it is stated that vetting of pay by the Director (Primary) Education is necessary for revision of pay fixation whereas the District Superintendent of EducationcumS.D.E.O., Simdega, without vetting of pay by the Director, has submitted the papers for revising the pension of the petitioner. Accordingly, he requested the District Superintendent of Education, Simdega for making necessary arrangement for vetting of pay fixation with a intimation but till date no intimation has been sent by the him.
