(1.) Nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner to press this Revision Application.

(2.) It appears that on 20.11.2010, when the matter was called out, nobody appeared on behalf of the applicant. However, the matter was adjourned on the request of A.P.P. Then, on 07.12.2010, the matter was called twice, but nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner. However, the matter was adjourned to give one more chance to the petitioner. Today also, nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner on repeated calls.

(3.) Accordingly, this application is dismissed as not pressed.
