JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to provide pension and arrear of N.C.W.A. VII, difference of V.R.S. and gratuity as per N.C.W.A. VII with statutory interest.

(2.) It is submitted that the petitioner is entitled to the said claims as per NCWA VII, but inspite of repeated requests, they are not being paid.

(3.) Counsel for the C.C.L. submitted that he is not in a position to accept or controvert the statements made in the writ petition in the absence of the counter affidavit. However, he submitted that the matter can be looked into.
