JUDGEMENT

(1.) Reference may be made to the order dated 18.01.2010, which reads as under:

Pursuant to the aforesaid order, Mr. Mehta, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-BCCL, produced before us 108 cheques in the name of 36 awardees for payment in compliance of the requirement of Section 17 B of the Industrial Disputes Act. The respondent-BCCL is directed to deposit all the cheques in the office of Presiding Officer, Central Government Industrial Tribunal No. 1, Dhanbad within seven days from today and the Presiding Officer shall disburse all the cheqeus to the 36 awardees after their proper identification/verification, if not already made. The process of handing over of cheques shall be completed within two weeks from the date of receipt of cheques.
