JUDGEMENT

(1.) Anticipatory bail application filed by petitioner, Shahansa @ Sk. Md. Shahansha in connection with Katras P.S. Case No. 301 of 2010 corresponding to G.R. No. 3523 of 2010 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad is moved by Sri D.K. Prasad, counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Sri H.K. Shikarwar, Additional P.P.

(2.) From perusal of First Information Report, I find that petitioner demanded money (entire sale proceed of the shop) from the informant and when he refused, he has been assaulted by the petitioner and his accompanion and thereafter they forcibly took away entire sale proceed. I find that this is not a fit case for anticipatory bail. Hence, this anticipatory bail application rejected.
