JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the parties.

(2.) This writ petition has been filed against the order dated 14.5.2010 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Jamshedpur in Matrimonial Suit No. 93 of 2008.

(3.) It is submitted that the petitioner is poor, down trodden and illiterate lady and, therefore, she could not lead evidence inspite of time granted to her, and ultimately, her evidence was closed on 29.4.2010; and that, in the interest of justice, she may be given one chance.
