(2.) It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the respondents have not paid the admissible dues for the work done on 26.1.2009. It is further submitted that such claim is not time barred.

(3.) Learned Advocate General submitted that in absence of instruction and counter affidavit, he is not in a position to accept or controvert the statements made in the writ petition.
