JUDGEMENT

(1.) WE have heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for the State.

(2.) THIS appeal challenges an order of the learned Single Judge dated 6.4.2010 refusing to interfere with an order of termination of services of the petitioner -appellant as Aaganbari Sahayika.

(3.) THE fact that the petitioner/appellant has replied to the show cause notice on 19.6.2009 makes it obvious that she was available on 19.6.2009.
