Before learned counsel appearing for the petitioner argues in detail that the petitioner is not getting revised family pension, it is fairly submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that now a detailed counter affidavit has been filed and as per paragraph no.6(l) thereof, within a period of ten days from today, the legally payable amount of the revised family pension will be paid to the petitioner.

It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that necessary Circular has also been issued by the Finance Department to all the Treasury Officers as well as to the different Secretaries of the different departments to make the payment of the sanctioned amount to the employees or to their relatives, in accordance with law and without any loss of time. Moreover, a show cause notice has also been issued to the Treasury Officer, Gumla dated 24th May, 2010 and an explanation has been sought for the delay in not making the payment of the sanctioned amount to the present petitioner. General as well as individual actions have also been initiated against the concerned respondents. So far as the present petitioner is concerned, she will be paid all legally payable dues, within a period of ten days from today.
(3.) In view of the above submissions and looking to paragraph No. 6(l) of the counter affidavit, filed by the respondents, I hereby, direct the respondents to make the payment of the revised family pension as well as the arrears thereof, within ten days from today, to the present petitioner.
