JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the respondents and learned counsel for the Ranchi University.

(2.) It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that because of the dispute between the old management committee and the new management committee of Maulana Azad Colene, Ranchi, the salary of teaching and non-teaching staff, who are petitioners, from the period October,2007 till October,2010, has not been paid by the government, as the amount has not been released in favour of the College.
