JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard counsel for the parties.

(2.) The petitioner in this writ application is aggrieved by the Award dated 26.12.2001 passed by the Central Government Industrial Tribunal No. 2, Dhanbad in Reference Case No. 23 of 1992.

(3.) As it appears from the facts of the case, an industrial dispute was raised on behalf of the workman, namely the petitioner, which was referred for adjudication by the Central Government under Section 10(1)(d) of the I.D. Act, 1947 to the Central Government Industrial Tribunal.
