JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Manoj Tondon, learned counsel appearing for the appellants.

(2.) The present appeal has been filed against the judgment of affirmance.

(3.) The title suit filed by the plaintiff-appellants for declaration of their right, title and interest and for possession was dismissed by the trial court after holding that Tito Mahatain adopted Mahadeo Mahto, i.e. the father of the defendant no.1 as his son and the deed of adoption was valid. The finding of the trial court about the validity of the adoption has been concurred by the lower appellate court.
