JUDGEMENT

(1.) Counsel for the petitioner pointed out to the order dated 14.7.2009 which reads as under:-

(2.) It is submitted that the said order has not been complied with.

(3.) However, Counsel for the Mineral Area Development Authority (for short "the MADA") submitted that this writ petition may be disposed of with direction to respondent no. 2 to look into the matter and do the needful.
