JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

(2.) It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated 28.06.2010 petitioner was granted provisional bail on the condition that he will help the investigating agency in searching the missing girl. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has helped the investigating agency and the girl has been located and she has filed an affidavit in which she stated that she had gone somewhere for doing work and now she has come back to her house. His father(informant) has also filed an affidavit in which he stated that he has already compromised the case with the petitioner.

(3.) In that view of the matter, provisional bail of the petitioner as granted vide order dated 28.06.2010 is confirmed.
