(2.) According to the petitioners Government of India started a new Scheme named as "Swarnjayanti Gram Swarojgar Yojana" for distribution of food grains to the villagers living under poverty line through Mahila Swayam Sahayata Samuh. Accordingly, the petitioners formed Mahila Swayam Sahayata Samuh in different villages in order to distribute the food grains to the poor villagers and to that effect an agreement was executed in between those Mahila Swayam Sahayata Samuh and the State Government and thereby the State Government agreed to allot required food grains to Mahila Swayam Sahayata Samuh for distribution of the same to the poor villagers on fixed price.
(3.) The grievance of the petitioners is that inspite of the aforesaid facts no food grains has yet been allotted to those Mahila Swayam Sahayata Samuh for distribution of the same amongst the villagers living below poverty line.
