JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard counsel for the parties.

(2.) The grievance of the petitioner in this writ application is in respect of the non-granting of his appropriate seniority in the gradation list and for non-granting of the consequential benefits of seniority which, according to the petitioner, he would have earned had his name been placed in appropriate position in the gradation list.

(3.) The petitioner has challenged the impugned order (Annexure-10) passed by the Personnel Manager (MP/Establishment) whereby the petitioner's prayer was rejected.
