JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the opposite party No. 2.

(2.) The petitioner has filed the instant revision application against the order dated 22.6.2009 passed in Simariya P.S. Case No. 24 of 2009 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 156 of 2009 whereby the petitioner's application for release of his bus bearing registration No. JH-13A/2737 has been rejected by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra.

(3.) The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though he has placed all the necessary documents before the trial Court, the trial Court without considering his documents rejected his petition without showing any cogent reason.
