JUDGEMENT

(1.) Anticipatory bail application filed by petitioner, Mandeep Prasad Sharma is moved by Sri A.K. Kashyap, counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Sri Shekhar Sinha, Additional P.P.

(2.) It appears that the petitioner has been implicated in this case merely on suspicion.

(3.) Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstance, I direct the petitioner, above named, to surrender in the court below by 11th January 2011.
