JUDGEMENT

(1.) Anticipatory bail application filed by Govind Kumar Singh, in connection with R.C. 7 (A) of 2007 AHDR pending in the court of Special Judge, C.B.I., Ranchi, is moved by Sri Laljee Sahay, learned counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Md. Mokhtar Khan, learned counsel for the C.B.I.

(2.) It appears that earlier the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner rejected by this Court.

(3.) However, it is submitted by Sri Laljee Sahay, learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is ready to pay the defalcated amount i.e. Rs. 1, 20, 000/.
