JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE order is to a large extent based on statements alleged to have been made by the petitioners to the Sub-Inspector of Police which are not on record nor were the petitioners questioned about those statements. THE order is therefore set aside and the petition under Section 145, Criminal P.C., is remanded for fresh disposal by the District Magistrate or such other Magistrate as the District Magistrate may direct.
