JUDGEMENT

(1.) COMPLAINANT has filed this complaint seeking for a direction to the OP to pay the assured amount of Rs. 15,00,000 and Rs. 10,00,000 under the policy bearing Nos.637431923 and 637417079 with approved rate of interest from the date of death till realization and has also sought for compensation of Rs. 50,000.

(3.) THE husband of the complainant late Sri. T. Guruduth Shet had obtained two policies called as ANMOL JEEVAN bearing Nos.637431923 and 637417079 for a sum of Rs. 15,00,000 and Rs. 10,00,000 respectively. The commencement of the said policies was with effect from 4.8.2005 and 15.9.2005 respectively. The husband of the comainant died on 11.12.2005 leaving behind the complainant and seven years old Aditya.
