JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS appeal is by the complainant challenging the order dated 30.8.2008 passed by the DF, UK in Complaint No. 102/08 dismissing her complaint.

(3.) THE husband of the complainant had obtained an insurance policy from the OP in respect of the vehicle bearing No. CNE 7150. The said policy is a long term policy till the cancellation of the registration of the vehicle. The policy was commenced from 12.11.1992. It is stated that the husband of the complainant in whose name the vehicle stand died on 19.5.2003.
