JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is an appeal filed against Order -in -Appeal dated 09.08.2004 passed by the Commissioner of Central Excise (Appeals), Chennai.

(2.) THE appellants, M/s. Hindustan Lever Ltd., inter alia, engaged in the manufacture of various cosmetics and toilet prenarations and for the said purpose has, amongst others, a factory at Chromepet, Chennai, manufacturers Pond's Moisturizing Face Wash, Pond's Oil Control Face Wash, Vaseline, Perfumed Pomade (Hair Fixer) and Vaseline Prickly Heat Lotion.

(3.) THE appellants filed classification declarations in respect of the following products manufactured by them.
