(1.) THESE five appeals have been filed by M/s. Mahindra World City (Jaipur) Ltd., Jaipur, as per details given below:

(2.) HEARD both sides.

(3.) ALSO in respect of Appeal No. 358, Rs. 99,782 was rejected on the ground that services were completed before March 3, 2009 date of issue of Notification No. . And in respect of Appeal Nos. 358 and 359 some amount was rejected on the ground that some invoices were not bearing the registration number of service provider.
