JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order dt.30.11.2018 passed in I.A.No.498 of 2018 in O.S.No.2087 of 2013 on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad.

(2.) The petitioner herein is 2nd defendant in the above suit.

(3.) The 1st respondent / plaintiff filed the said suit against the petitioner and two others for recovery of Rs.4,48,800/- basing on a private chit fund transaction.
