JUDGEMENT

(1.) The prayer of the petitioner in this case reads as under:

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, State of Telangana, informed this Court that the application of the petitioner was considered by the Tahsildar, Nellikuduru Mandal, and by Memo dated 11.03.2009, his request for mutation and issuance of pattadar pass book/title deed was rejected. Learned Assistant Government Pleader was thereupon directed to produce a copy of the said Memo.

(3.) Today, the learned Assistant Government Pleader produced a copy of the Memo bearing Rc.No.B/925/2018 dated 11.03.2019 issued by the Tahsildar, Nellikuduru Mandal, Warangal District (Mahabubabad District), citing the reasons for rejecting the application of the petitioner. A copy of the said memo is directed to be furnished to Sri G.Simhadri, learned counsel for the petitioner.
