(1.) This Civil Revision Petition is filed assailing the order dt.28.02.2018 passed in I.A.No.57 of 2016 in S.O.P.No.734 of 2015 on the file of XIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B. Nagar.

(2.) The petitioner herein is the 1st respondent in the said O.P.

(3.) The said O.P. was filed by respondent nos.1 to 6 against the petitioner and respondent nos.7 to 12 under Section 23 of the A.P. Societies Registration Act, 2001 ( for short 'the Act') to declare that :
