JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Revision is filed assailing the order dt.13-08-2018 in I.A.No.712 of 2017 in O.S.No.22 of 2009 of the Principal District Judge at Nalgonda.

(2.) The petitioner herein is 12th defendant in the suit.

(3.) The 1st respondent filed the said suit against petitioner and other respondents for partition and separate possession of 1/6th share in the plaint schedule properties.
