(1.) This Revision is filed assailing the order dt.13.04.2018 in I.A.No.1253 of 2015 in O.S.No.39 of 2015 of the XII Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

(2.) Petitioners herein are defendants 2 to 5 in the above suit, which was filed by the 1st respondent/plaintiff.

(3.) Petitioners as well as 1st respondent are the children of Y.Visweswar Rao and his wife Rajamani.
