(2.) Since these three Revisions arise between the same parties out of the same suit, viz., O.S.No.1988 of 2006, they are being disposed of by this common order.

(3.) The petitioners in these three Revisions are defendant nos.1 to 5 and defendant nos.10 to 12 in the above suit.
