JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order dt.04.12.2018 passed in I.A.No.1222 of 2018 in O.S.No.1572 of 2012 on the file of V Additional Junior Civil Judge, Warangal.

(2.) The petitioners herein are defendants in the above suit.

(3.) The suit had been filed by respondent for a perpetual injunction restraining petitioners from interfering with his alleged possession and enjoyment of the plaint schedule property.
