JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the Order dt.14.09.2018 passed in I.A.No.514 of 2018 in O.S.No.1889 of 2013 on the file of the VIII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad.

(2.) The petitioner herein is defendant in the above suit.

(3.) The respondent filed the suit against petitioner for her eviction, for payment of arrears of rent and damages, apart from mesne profits.
