JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dt.25.11.2018 passed in I.A.No.75 of 2016 in O.S.No.16 of 2010 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Jangaon.

(2.) The petitioner herein is third-party to the suit.

(3.) The 1st respondent herein filed a suit against the 2nd respondent for declaration of his title to the plaint 'A' and 'B' Schedule properties, and for permanent injunction.
