(1.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri K.Anup Kumar, learned counsel for the respondents.

(2.) This Revision Petition is filed challenging the order dt.27-10-2018 in I.A.No.1747 of 2018 in O.S.No.47 of 2004 of the IX Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court at Hyderabad.

(3.) Petitioners are legal representatives of the 1st defendant and are defendants D-9 to D-11 in the suit.
