JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard both sides. Civil Revision Petition No.4578 of 2015

(2.) The Civil Revision Petition is filed by petitioners assailing the order dt.28.09.2015 passed in I.A.No.691 of 2015 in O.P.No.1022 of 2013 on the file of the Additional Family Court, at Hyderabad.

(3.) The petitioners had filed the said O.P. against respondent under Section 13 of the Hindu Minority and Guardian Act and Guardians and Wards Act to appoint 1st petitioner as the legal guardian of the 2nd petitioner.
