JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order dt.17.04.2019 passed in Interlocutory Application No.247 of 2014 in Original Suit No.73 of 2004 on the file of the V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B. Nagar.

(2.) The petitioners herein are plaintiffs in the above suit.

(3.) The said suit was filed by petitioners against respondents for specific performance of an Agreement-of-Sale dt.26.03.1997 and for a perpetual injunction restraining respondents from alienating the suit schedule property.
