This Second Appeal is filed challenging the Judgment and Decree dt.20.02.2019 passed in Appeal Suit No.22 of 2014 on the file of the Court of I Additional District Judge, Nizamabad confirming the judgment and decree dt.23.06.2014 passed in O.S.No.378 of 2010 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, at Nizamabad.
